Through Kishori Shakti Abhiyan, we’ve impacted 5030 adolescent girls across Delhi, Jharkhand, and Odisha, focusing on menstrual health, hygiene, and nutrition.

CLINIC ON WHEELS
Implementation year of Project – 2023, 2024, 2025
Location - Bhubaneswar Block (Rural),Khurdha,Odisha
Highlights:

Conducted awareness meetings with Schools, AWCs,Adolescent girls,wSHGs and communities about MHM,WASH,NUTRITION and Health under project tagline “Swasthya Hai Anmol” till November total 51 nos. of meeting conducted with 533 participants attended.

Clinic on Wheels provided free primary Medical services in presence of a Doctor (MBBS).

Also provided free lab test during run the CoW like Sugar Test, Lipid Profile, Renal Profile,Liver Fuction & CBC
-
Medicines distribution : All 82 types of Medicine provided free of cost near about 10,489 given to under privileged people.

POSHIT BACHPAN
Implementation year of Project - 2024, 2025
Location - Silli Block, Ranchi
Highlights:
-
This project aims to reduce malnutrition among underweight children under five in 5 panchayats near Hindalco Industries, Silli, Jharkhand. Through screening, 150 malnourished children will be enrolled in 15-day nutrition camps at Anganwadi centres, providing tailored meals and medical care. Community sessions will empower families with knowledge of breastfeeding, complementary feeding, hygiene, and diarrhoea management.

15-day nutrition camps with Medical Screening , Nutrition Kit Distribution, Poshan Vatika inaugurations, seed and plant distribution, and awareness sessions on nutrition and hygiene.

The project benefited over 8,000 people, screening 680 children and Benefiting 71 children in 2 village.
HEALTH CHAUPAL PROJECT
Implementation year of Project - 2023
Location - Dadri , Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
Highlights:

To sensitize people about the preventive and curative measures for non communicable disease.

Held 48 specialized health camps on 6 NCD’s across 8 villages.
-
Awareness sessions on preventing and managing NCDs by doctors.
-
Doctor consultations to discuss common problems.
-
NCDs related to clinical tests and distribution of lab reports.
-
Outreach- 3811 people reached and made aware, 2838 clinical investigations conducted, Total 48 camps held.


DOCTOR BIKE
Implementation year of Project - 2023, 2024
Location - Bamnakheda , Hardoi , Uttar Pradesh
Highlights:
The project activities has been divided into 2 phases:

To provide telemedicine services to villages using a bike model.

Preparation Phase: Hiring and training of staff. Engaging with Gram Panchayat and Sarpanch of nearby villages for spreading words about the project and its activities.

Operational Phase: Providing telemedicine services, conduct lab tests and provide medicines to the patients.

TELEMEDICINE PROJECT, SINDHUDURG DISTRICT, MAHARSHTRA
Implementation year of Project - March,2023-Feb 2025
Location - 10 PHCs, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.
Highlights:

Our staff nurses provide the services at the telemedicine centres set up by our partner Neurosynaptic Communications Pvt. Ltd.
-
Teleconsultation, lab diagnostics, and referral services are provided by our staff nurses at PHCs and camps.
-
Teleconsultation with specialized doctors from Accord Hospital, Pune, and partner-recruited doctors.
-
45,914 teleconsultations provided in 2023-2024.
-
Staff conduct awareness sessions on health days (e.g., Leprosy, Diabetes Mellitus, Nutrition Day).


AAROGYA RATH & TELEMEDICINE CAMP, KHUNTI – JHARKHAND

Location - Khunti, Jharkhand
Highlights:

Aarogya Rath is a mobile health initiative targeting under-nutrition in children under six years.
-
The project provides a 15-day nutritious diet and health assessments in collaboration with Khunti District Administration and Rajkumari Foundation.
-
The telemedicine project enhances access to medical consultations for underserved areas through technology-driven solutions.
-
Both initiatives focus on improving community health and awareness.
NAIVEDYAM PROJECT
Date Of Project - 24 July,2024- 11 January 2025
Location - Ranchi (Sadar And Kanke Block)
Highlights:
-
Naivedyam project started by RAJKUMARI FOUNDATION in collaboration with CCL CSR(Central coal field limited) in July 2024.
-
The main objective of the project is to detect the under weight children at earliest stage.
-
The project starts with screening ,after which 15 days nutrition camp is organized.in which children are provided with nutritious meal,so that children can gain weight and can be freed from malnutrition.
-
Till now we have worked on 364 children in which the average weight gain has been 500 gms.
-
Nutrition month was celebrated in September 2024.


MOTHER AND CHILD HEALTH, HARDOI DISTRICT, UTTAR PRADESH

Improved mother and child health in Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.

HOME BASED NUTRITION CAMP, HARDOI, UTTAR PRADESH

Highlights:

To reduce the prevalence of malnutrition among Under 5 children in Hardoi district

Awareness generation with community and liasoning with AWWs, Panchayat Pradhan, ICDS Supervisor and CDPO.

Screening and identifying children with malnutrition

Medical screening to check for any medically complicated cases.

15 days nutrition camp where fruits, snacks and nutri-mix was provided to children

No. of children admitted in camp: 1890

43.7% beneficiaries gained weight more than 500gms

33.8% beneficiaries gained weight between 300gm to 500gm weight.


MOBILE HEALTH CLINIC AND JAGRUKTA VAN

MALNOURISHMENT TREATMENT CENTRE VAN
Implementation year of Project - 2019 , 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023
Location - Khurda district, Odisha
Highlights:

RKF's Malnutrition Treatment Van (MTV) addressed malnutrition in children under five years old in the Chatra district of Jharkhand
-
Equipped with tools to measure and manage malnutrition and had a running kitchen to support nutrition camps in adjacent villages.
-
The project received widespread appreciation and was lauded by NITI Aayog for its innovation.

Highlights:

RKF established an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Bihar to enhance the employability of rural youth in areas affected by left-wing extremism in Saheb Ganj, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

The program aims to provide employment opportunities to local youth, addressing the pressing concern of youth unemployment in India.
POSHAN SAATHI MOBILE APPLICATION AND DASHBOARD
Highlights:

Technical partner: Atharva Bodhi Pvt. Ltd.

RKF developed the Poshan Saathi Mobile Application and Dashboard as a cutting-edge mHealth (mobile health) solution.
-
The platform delivered nutrition-related information and motivated behavioral change.

The dashboard provided real-time anthropometric data and insights for children in two districts, Hardoi and Chatra.


SWASTHYA SAMRIDDHI VAHAN
