Dr. K K Upadhyay

Dr. K.K. Upadhyay is a highly respected leader in sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and development practice with over 39 years of diverse experience spanning government, academia, non-profits, and corporate sectors. He currently serves as Professor and Chairperson of the Centre for Sustainability & CSR at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), Greater Noida, where he guides research, curriculum and thought leadership in sustainable development and impact-driven business practice.
An alumnus of GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology and the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Dr. Upadhyay has been a pioneering CSR strategist in India. He was former head of the FICCI Aditya Birla CSR Centre for Excellence and has chaired or contributed to key national and international boards, expert committees, and governance bodies dedicated to social impact, policy advocacy, and community development. His professional affiliations include roles with the UN Global Compact, National Trust (Ministry of Social Justice, GoI), National Population Stabilisation Fund, and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, among others.
Dr. Upadhyay is a recognised author, speaker, trainer, and executive coach in CSR and sustainability, having published numerous research studies, technical reports, and books on CSR strategy, sustainability practices, and social investment frameworks. His thought leadership has earned him honours such as Thought Leader, CSR Leader of India, Mahatma, and CSR Trainer of the Year (2020).
As an Advisor to Raj Kumari Foundation, Dr. Upadhyay offers strategic and technical oversight to advance CSR programme excellence, foster cross-sector partnerships, and embed sustainability and impact measurement into high-value community initiatives.
Dr. Anant Kumar

Qualifications - M.Phil, Ph.D. (JNU)
Prof. Anant Kumar is a nationally and internationally recognised public health expert, behavioural scientist, and Fulbright-Nehru Scholar with over two decades of experience across academia, public policy, and development practice. He is Professor and Head of the Rural Management Programme at Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, and holds adjunct academic roles with leading public health institutions in India and abroad.
He is associated with several prestigious academic and professional bodies, including editorial and advisory roles with international peer-reviewed journals, global public health networks, and policy forums. Prof. Kumar has served as advisor, consultant, and reviewer for governments, UN agencies, CSR foundations, and multilateral organisations.
With 100+ peer-reviewed publications in reputed national and international journals and 3,000+ academic citations, his work significantly contributes to evidence-based public health, nutrition, mental health, and social behaviour change programming.
As Advisor to Raj Kumari Foundation, Prof. Kumar provides strategic and technical guidance to strengthen programme design, research rigour, policy alignment, and impact measurement, ensuring CSR initiatives deliver scalable and sustainable outcomes for vulnerable communities.
Dr. Sumit Jethani

Dr. Sumit Jethani is a seasoned public health physician and academic leader serving as Professor of Community Medicine and Officer-in-Charge (Academics) at North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College & Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi. He brings extensive expertise in community health, epidemiology, health systems research, and medical education, with a strong track record in guiding clinical and public health programmes aligned to population needs.
Dr. Jethani’s academic and professional associations span medical college leadership, national research collaborations, and contributions to peer-reviewed scientific literature. He has authored/co-authored 25 + research publications in indexed journals covering public health topics such as neonatal sepsis diagnostics, epidemiological trends in infectious diseases, and maternal health indicators, and his work is widely read and cited by the academic community.
His research portfolio includes studies on neonatal health outcomes, epidemiology of communicable diseases, anaemia prevalence, and health service utilisation — strengthening evidence-based practice and policy dialogue in India’s health sector. As an Advisor to Raj Kumari Foundation, Dr. Jethani provides strategic guidance on health programme design, monitoring & evaluation frameworks, and research-driven impact assessment to ensure CSR interventions are outcome-oriented and sustainable.

Niraj Kumar is an IIM alumni with extensive experience in supporting industrial area development, overseeing civil and electrical infrastructure projects, and contributing to the planning and implementation of growth roadmaps at BIADA. Additionally, he has assisted in the erection and installation of electrical equipment for a 400KV substation project at BHEL, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with safety standards. His technical and managerial skills are vital to the board's operations and strategic planning.
Dr Navneet Anand
Designation - Director
Qualifications - BHMS, PGDPHM, MBA
Dr. Navneet is an FMS alumni with over 12 years of extensive experience in project management, research, and policy implementation. He has collaborated with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations. His expertise includes conducting studies on healthcare efficiency, promoting inclusive development, and building capacity across sectors such as health, education, and infrastructure.
Dr. Debashis Bhattacharya
Designation - Associate Director (Strategy)
Qualifications - MBBS, MS, FRCS, Health Economics,
Dr Debashis Bhattacharya is a surgeon by training and after spending two decades as a surgeon in India and the UK, moved to the Pharmaceutical Industry and rose to being the Global Director for Human Risk Management at Reckitt. He was awarded the Businessperson of the Year at the Asian Achievers Award in London in 2022.
Following this, he moved to India, last year and has been working extensively in the not-for profit space first with the M S Ramaiah Foundation and with the Akshadhaa Foundation.
His mission is to bridge gaps in healthcare access and create sustainable systems that prioritize empathy, equity, and innovation.
Sakshi Aggarwal

Supriya has over 9 years of experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, implementing company policies, and supporting employee development initiatives. Her expertise spans various projects, including RBSK, RMNCH+A, nutrition, and others. He holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Com, with expertise in financial management and accounting.
